NORDSTROM RACK PRE-OPENING

So last night, Jessi and I got invited to a little pre-opening shopping party at the new Nordstrom Rack in Station Park. (P.S. I got bangs!!) I was excited for it all day but didn't know how fun it'd be! They had beer and champagne, you guys. Drinks while you shop?! Heck yeah! I was so stoked, as you can probably tell in the pic, haha. They definitely pampered us for sure. Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice which made it even more enjoyable. It's always a fun time with Jessi and shopping is even more fun with her. We always seem to like the same things, and ended up getting twinner tops. After the event we went to dinner and just had some good girl talk. Oh, and we took each other's outfit pics too! Haha. It was weird to have someone other than my husband take my pics, but a blogger's gotta do what a blogger's gotta do! ;) It's pretty fun having a blogger BFF.

Also, I wanted to chat with you guys about this fun event I'm doing on Saturday. The gorgeous Jalynn has put together Bloggers Give Back (you can find more info about it here) and on Saturday to kick things off, we're having a little Shop Our Closet event! Lots of local bloggers will be selling some of their clothes, shoes and accessories and 100% of the proceeds will be going to two little boys named Beckham and Carson (you can read more about them here).
